➡ 1. **Field Officer – Agriculture (Multiple Locations)** **Job Description**: Conduct field surveys and assess the needs of farmers in rural areas. Provide training on modern farming techniques and sustainable agricultural practices. Monitor the progress of various projects and report findings. Facilitate community engagement and build relationships with local farmers. **Qualifications** Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or related field. Prior experience in rural development or agriculture-based programs is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

➡ 2. **Program Coordinator** **Job Description**: Manage and oversee the implementation of various agricultural development programs. Coordinate between farmers, stakeholders, and government bodies to ensure program success. Prepare progress reports and manage data collection and analysis. Organize training and awareness campaigns for farmers. **Qualifications**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field. Experience in project management and program coordination is an advantage. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

➡3. **Communications Officer** **Job Description**: Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels. Develop public relations strategies to increase awareness about the organization’s work. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective messaging and outreach. **Qualifications**: Degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Experience in media relations or public outreach is a plus

➡ 4. **Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist** **Job Description**: Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for ongoing projects. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements. Prepare evaluation reports for donors and stakeholders. **Qualifications**: Degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, or related field. Experience in monitoring and evaluation within the development sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
